I can see what you are trying to do with this, a powerful yet nostalgic image of an Ichigo we all know and love, with added effect from the Cero in his chest (Where Urquillo shot him???)
As usual your your anatomy is amazing, even if his body is a tad long. The (leg?) positioned right below his black Shinigami outfit looks a tad too small, and not in the right place. It might just be perspective though, however his left arm is a little shorter than his right, and his right shoulder is bigger than his left.
The imagery is very powerful, but it's hard to concentrate on one spot. The center point is hard to determine, whether it be the Cero or his face. The left horn on his head seems to blend into the background making it difficult to determine if it's actually there.
All in all this is a marvelous piece, and I can't wait to see him for myself, via Dattebayo!
